Pick-Up is now available to all New Jersey (Tri-State area) residents if you were interested in picking up your merchandise. We are however located in Newark, NJ. Please read below the following rules that apply to this service:

 

• You must order on the site even when picking up. NO form of any other communication and payments will be accepted. There will be a ‘Pick-Up’ option to choose from before checking out.
• When checking out, you MUST select the ‘Pick-Up’ option before completely checking out. You will not be charged for shipping when selecting ‘Pick-Up’.
• PLEASE WAIT FOR A TEXT CONFIRMATION BEFORE SHOWING UP THE ADDRESS GIVEN. 
• If your item is in-stock, after purchasing you will receive a text message stating when your item(s) are ready to be picked up! PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NUMBER AND EMAIL. 
• ALL In-stock (same day pick-up) items are under our tab “Ready to Ship”. To see what’s in-stock, you can view our ‘Ready to Ship’ tab. This tab will frequently be updated, please make sure to always check what can be picked up the same day.
• If your item is NOT IN STOCK, we will notify you when your item is ready to be picked up when it arrives. Items usually take 2-3 days (not including weekends or holidays) to arrive, so please be mindful of decision before ordering.
• If you take longer than 24 hours to pickup your item without communication, your item WILL BE SHIPPED! 
• You MUST, pick up your merchandise before 8pm EST. If running late, or emergencies, etc, please communicate and LET US KNOW via @hauxoflace on instagram or contact.hauxoflace@gmail.com. 
• Once again, no Cash App, or Zelle will be accepted for ‘Pick Up’. You must follow the procedure of ordering through ‘ShopHauxofLace.Com’ & selecting the Pick-Up option.
